McAlister's Deli has signed an agreement with existing franchise group Southern Deli Holdings LLC to open 10 additional locations throughout North and South Carolina, Colorado and Wyoming, with three locations slated to open in late 2014.

Alpharetta, Ga. - McAlister's Deli has signed an agreement with existing franchise group Southern Deli Holdings LLC to open 10 additional locations throughout North and South Carolina, Colorado and Wyoming, with three locations slated to open in late 2014. In addition, the franchise group recently acquired seven existing locations in St. Louis.

The new development commitments will result in two new restaurants per year during the next five years.

Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust has completed the financing of Wyoming Valley Mall in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and used a portion of the proceeds to repay the mortgage loan balance on Beaver Valley Mall in Monaca, Pa., without penalty.

Philadelphia — Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust has completed the financing of Wyoming Valley Mall in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and used a portion of the proceeds to repay the mortgage loan balance on Beaver Valley Mall in Monaca, Pa., without penalty.

The new 10-year, non-recourse loan on Wyoming Valley Mall totals $78 million and replaces a $65 million loan that was repaid in September. The transaction produced proceeds of $13 million. The interest rate on the new mortgage is 5.17%, a decrease of 68 basis points from the previous rate.

Tractor Supply Co. has announced the opening of its first store in Wyoming.

Brentwood, Tenn. — Tractor Supply Co. has announced the opening of its first store in Wyoming. The new store marks Tractor Supply’s continuing expansion in the Western U.S.

The new store in Rawlins opened for business on October 19 and will hold a grand opening event on Oct.26. As of Sept. 28, Tractor Supply operated 1,245 stores in 47 states.

Dick's Sporting Goods announced the openings of two new stores, one in Kentucky, and its first ever in the state of Wyoming.

Pittsburgh -- Dick's Sporting Goods announced the openings of two new stores, one in Kentucky, and its first ever in the state of Wyoming.

The retailer said it will open a store in Casper, Wy., on Oct. 25 at the Eastridge Mall. Also on Oct. 25, Dick’s will open at Gary Farms, Bowling Green, Ky.

The Bowling Green location will be the retailer's ninth store in the state of Kentucky and its 544th nationwide.

Dick’s Sporting Goods is opening new stores in Wyoming and Kentucky on Oct. 25.

Pittsburgh – Dick’s Sporting Goods is opening new stores in Wyoming and Kentucky on Oct. 25. The new stores are located at the Eastridge Mall in Casper, Wy., and Gary Farms in Bowling Green, Ky.

The Casper store will be Dick’s first store in Wyoming, and the Bowling Green will be the retailer’s ninth store in Kentucky. Dick’s will have a total of 547 stores as of Oct. 25.

Shopko intends to open five stores under its Shopko Hometown banner in Afton, Wyo., St. Peter, Minn., and Winneconne, Ellsworth and Tomahawk, Wis., in late fall of this year.

Green Bay, Wis. – Shopko intends to open five  stores under its Shopko Hometown banner in Afton, Wyo., St. Peter, Minn., and Winneconne, Ellsworth and Tomahawk, Wis., in late fall of this year.

The Shopko Hometown format is designed to serve smaller rural communities with the same product assortments available in larger areas and Shopko currently operates more than 180 stores in this format.

The TJX Cos. said it has acquired Sierra Trading Post, an off-price Internet retailer based in Cheyenne, Wyoming, for approximately $200 million in cash.

C-store operator Kum & Go said Friday it has opened a new store in Gillette, Wyoming.

West Des Moines, Iowa -- C-store operator Kum & Go said Friday it has opened a new store in Gillette, Wyoming. The previous store was razed in July 2012 to make room for the all-new Kum & Go store design.

The nearly 5,000-sq.-ft. store introduces many new features both inside and outside the buildings. Inside, customers will find a larger product selection, a center checkout area with customer-focused staff, and an expanded Go Fresh Market.
