Gap Inc.’s Piperlime banner has opened its first full-scale retail location -- at 121 Wooster St. in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City.

"We are thrilled to be celebrating the opening of our first Piperlime store today in SoHo," said Jennifer Gosselin, senior VP and general manager of Piperlime. "

The new 4,000-sq.-ft. store is styled as a boutique and features trend vignettes, as well as in-store kiosks that provide shoppers access to piperlime.com products.

Tiffany & Co. said Thursday it plans to open a store in New York’s SoHo neighborhood in September 2012.

New York City -- Tiffany & Co. said Thursday it plans to open a store in New York’s SoHo neighborhood in September 2012.

The 7,000-sq.-ft. store will occupy a space that combines two locations -- 97 Greene Street and 106 Wooster Street. 

The 2012 opening corresponds to Tiffany’s 175th anniversary of its founding on Lower Broadway in the 1850s.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates said it has arranged a long-term, 10,700-sq.-ft. lease with Mulberry at 134 Spring St., between Greene and Wooster Streets in SoHo.

New York City -- Robert K. Futterman & Associates said it has arranged a long-term, 10,700-sq.-ft. lease with Mulberry at 134 Spring St., between Greene and Wooster Streets in SoHo.

The store will serve as the British lifestyle brand’s flagship location in New York City and will be its third store in Manhattan. Scheduled to open in the summer, Mulberry will occupy 5,700 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail and 5,000 on the lower level and will sell ready-to-wear in addition to accessories.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates said it has arranged a 1,993-sq.-ft. retail lease for Barbour on the ground floor at 123 Wooster St. (also known as 130 Prince St.), located in New York City’s SoHo area.

New York City -- Robert K. Futterman & Associates said it has arranged a 1,993-sq.-ft. retail lease for Barbour on the ground floor at 123 Wooster St. (also known as 130 Prince St.), located in New York City’s SoHo area.

Barbour has opened in the space temporarily for the holiday shopping season, and is scheduled to undergo renovations and reopen in spring 2011. This will serve as the second permanent New York store for the brand.
