Oro Gold Cosmetics to open at East 57th Street and Park Avenue

Douglas Elliman's Retail Group said it has arranged the lease for Oro Gold Cosmetics' first New York flagship at 118 East 57th Street, between Park and Lexington Avenues.

New York -- Douglas Elliman's Retail Group said Tuesday it has arranged the lease for Oro Gold Cosmetics' first New York flagship at 118 East 57th Street, between Park and Lexington Avenues.

The retailer currently operates 50 dedicated boutiques and spas in affluent markets worldwide, including London, Barcelona, Moscow, Dubai and Singapore, as well as in such U.S. cities as Chicago, Dallas, Las Vegas, Boston, Miami and throughout California, from San Diego to Sacramento.

Roll N Go to open third Manhattan location

Winick Realty Group said Tuesday that fast-food operator Roll N Go has leased its third location at 386 Canal Street, on the corner of West Broadway.

New York City -- Winick Realty Group said Tuesday that fast-food operator Roll N Go has leased its third location at 386 Canal Street, on the corner of West Broadway.

The 300-sq.-ft. space features 20 ft. of frontage on Canal St. and will be used for both take-out and counter seating.

Ghurka to open new boutique on Fifth Avenue

Robert K. Futterman & Associates said Tuesday it has arranged a long-term, 1,140-sq.-ft. lease for fine leather luggage and handbag retailer Ghurka at 781 Fifth Ave., located at 59th Street in the Plaza District.

The new Ghurka flagship, which will augment an existing location at The Plaza Retail Collection, will occupy 915 sq. ft. on the ground floor and 225 sq. ft. in the basement at its new Fifth Avenue space.

Just Salad to open in New York City

New Street Realty Advisors, LLC announced a lease transaction between Whitehall Properties II, LLC, the owners of The Caroline at 706 Avenue of the Americas, New York City, and Just Salad.

New York City -- New Street Realty Advisors, LLC announced a lease transaction between Whitehall Properties II, LLC, the owners of The Caroline at 706 Avenue of the Americas, New York City, and Just Salad.

The 3,000-sq.-ft. ground floor space is located on the east side of Sixth Avenue between East 22nd Street and East 23rd Street.

Just Salad is slated to open in the spring.

Just Salad currently has five locations in New York City and two locations in Hong Kong.
