Pet Supplies Plus opens at The Shops at Blue Bell

North Plainfield, N.J.-based Levin Management Corp. said that Pet Supplies Plus has opened a 7,650-sq.-ft. store at The Shops at Blue Bell, located in Blue Bell, Pa.

Blue Bell, Pa. -- North Plainfield, N.J.-based Levin Management Corp. said that Pet Supplies Plus has opened a 7,650-sq.-ft. store at The Shops at Blue Bell, located in Blue Bell, Pa.

Levin is the exclusive leasing and management agent for the 103,000-sq.-ft. shopping center, which is anchored by Giant supermarket and tenanted by IHOP, Sovereign Bank, GNC, Supercuts and Planet Beach, among others.

Ashley Furniture, Pet Supplies Plus to open at Fairlawn Town Centre

Charter Realty & Development announced it has arranged -- in conjunction with Julius Feinblum Real Estate -- for a 27,587-sq.-ft. lease for Ashley Furniture and an 11,284-sq.-ft. lease for Pet Supplies Plus in the Fairlawn Town Centre in Fairlawn, Ohio.

Fairlawn, Ohio -- Charter Realty & Development announced it has arranged -- in conjunction with Julius Feinblum Real Estate -- for a 27,587-sq.-ft. lease for Ashley Furniture and an 11,284-sq.-ft. lease for Pet Supplies Plus in the Fairlawn Town Centre in Fairlawn, Ohio.

The shopping center is anchored by Target, Home Goods, Giant Eagle, Marc’s and USPS.

Pet Supplies Plus to open three new retail locations

Pet Supplies Plus has signed leases for three new stores in the Delaware Valley, totaling more than 26,000 sq. ft.

Conshohocken, Pa. -- Pet Supplies Plus has signed leases for three new stores in the Delaware Valley, totaling more than 26,000 sq. ft.

An 8,700-sq.-ft. store will open at Greentree Square Shopping Center in Marlton, N.J.; a 9,800-sq.-ft. store will open at Doylestown Pointe in Doylestown, Pa.; and a7,650-sq.-ft. location will open at The Shops at Blue Bell in Blue Bell, Pa.

All three stores are slated to open prior to year’s end.
