Forever 21 expansion opens at Town Center at Boca Raton

Town Center at Boca Raton, in Boca Raton, Fla., will celebrate the expansion and relocation of Forever 21 to its soon-to-be-completed Cafes at Boca.

Boca Raton, Fla. -- Town Center at Boca Raton, in Boca Raton, Fla., will celebrate the expansion and relocation of Forever 21 to its soon-to-be-completed Cafes at Boca. The 19,000-sq.-ft. upgraded store will offer upgrades and added offerings.

“With the relocation of our store at Town Center at Boca Raton, we are able to accommodate more brands and new concepts,” said Larry Meyer, Forever 21 executive VP.

Tommy Bahama to open at Town Center at Boca Raton

Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group said that Tommy Bahama will open a new store at Town Center at Boca Raton, located in Boca Raton, Fla.

Tory Burch to open at Town Center at Boca Raton

Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group said Tuesday that Tory Burch will open a new boutique at Town Center at Boca Raton.

Boca Raton, Fla. -- Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group said Tuesday that Tory Burch will open a new boutique at Town Center at Boca Raton. The new 2,600-sq.-ft. store is slated to open in early August.

It will be the company’s 53rd boutique.

Hhgregg opens 10 new South Florida stores

Hhgregg announced that it will open 10 new stores in south Florida, launching simultaneous grand-opening celebrations on July 14.

Indianapolis -- Hhgregg announced Tuesday that it will open 10 new stores in south Florida, launching simultaneous grand-opening celebrations on July 14.

The new stores located in Miami, Broward and Palm Beach counties bring the total number of Hhgregg stores in Florida to 33, according to the retailer. The openings are in the communities of Aventura, Boca Raton, Ft. Lauderdale, Hialeah, Pembroke Pines, Miami, Plantation, Jensen Beach, East Wellington and West Palm Beach.

Woolbright names property manager

Woolbright Development announced that James R. Hurlock, Jr. has been named the property manager for its Palm Beach County properties.

Hurlock will be the liaison between the company and tenants and will be responsible for the overall maintenance and management of the shopping centers. He was previously was the director of property management for American Commercial Realty in West Palm Beach.
