Marcus & Millichap names National Retail Group appointments

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services announced a number of appointments within its National Retail Group offices around the country.

Encino, Calif. -- Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services announced a number of appointments within its National Retail Group offices around the country.

Joel M. Dumes has been named director of the firm’s National Retail Group in Cincinnati; Dumes is currently VP investments for the company.

Scott J. Wiles, a seven-year veteran of the company, was named director of the firm’s National Retail Group in Cleveland, and Erin E. Patton is now director of the National Retail Group in Columbus, Ohio.

Marcus & Millichap names retail team

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services said it has hired Joseph C. French Jr. to serve as a senior director of its National Retail Group.

New York City -- Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services said Monday it has hired Joseph C. French Jr. to serve as a senior director of its National Retail Group. French was previously with Sperry Van Ness, where he specialized in retail property sales.

Marcus & Millichap also hired French’s team of investment specialists Thomas C. Dalzell, Schuyler Boylan and Amie Segel.

Marcus & Millichap announces retail exec promotion

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services said it has promoted Bill Rose to director of the National Retail Group.

Encino, Calif. -- Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services said it has promoted Bill Rose to director of the National Retail Group.

Rose joined Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office in September 2003 as a retail and multifamily investment specialist. He was promoted to senior associate in September 2006. He rejoined the firm in November 2009 as sales manager of the San Diego office and in November 2010 was named western regional director of the NRG.

Marcus & Millichap names exec

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services announced it has promoted Bill Rose to Western Regional Director of its National Retail Group.

Encino, Calif. -- Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services announced it has promoted Bill Rose to Western Regional Director of its National Retail Group.

Rose will also continue to serve as sales manager of the San Diego office, according to the company.

Rose joined Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office in September 2003 as a retail and multifamily investment specialist. He was promoted to associate status in September 2004 and earned the title of senior associate in September 2006.
