Eisenhower Square sees tenant additions

Brixmor Property Group announced the recent openings of a 34,103-sq.-ft. Save-A-Lot and a 1,000-sq.-ft. Maison De Macarons at Eisenhower Square, located in Savannah, Ga.

Wolverine Worldwide to complete Stride Rite, Keds acquisition

Wolverine Worldwide said it will complete its previously announced acquisition of Collective Brands' Performance + Lifestyle Group, which consists of the Sperry Top-Sider, Saucony, Stride Rite and Keds brands, for $1.24 billion.

Rockford, Mich. -- Wolverine Worldwide said Tuesday it will complete its previously announced acquisition of Collective Brands' Performance + Lifestyle Group, which consists of the Sperry Top-Sider, Saucony, Stride Rite and Keds brands, for $1.24 billion.

The banners will become Wolverine’s largest operating group, adding more than $1 billion in revenue to Wolverine’s existing stable of brands such as Merrell and Hush Puppies.

The shopping center, located in Savannah, Ga., is owned by New York City-based Centro Properties Group.
