Marshalls to open at Lompoc Shopping Center

Brixmor Property Group announced a 24,050-sq.-ft. lease has been executed with Marshalls at Lompoc Shopping Center, located in Lompoc, Calif.

Lompoc, Calif. -- Brixmor Property Group announced a 24,050-sq.-ft. lease has been executed with Marshalls at Lompoc Shopping Center, located in Lompoc, Calif. 

Marshalls will join other national retailers including Vons, Michael’s, Pier 1, Petco and Staples. 

Brixmor, based in New York City, is the owner of Lompoc Shopping Center.

Bed Bath & Beyond to open at Shops at Tevis

Bethesda, Md.-based Sax Realty said that Bed Bath & Beyond has leased 27,000 sq. ft. of space at Shops at Tevis in Winchester, Va.

Winchester, Va. -- Bethesda, Md.-based Sax Realty said that Bed Bath & Beyond has leased 27,000 sq. ft. of space at Shops at Tevis in Winchester, Va.

Bed Bath & Beyond, which is slated to open in spring 2011, joins Borders Books, Hhgregg, Old Navy, Ross and Michael’s at the center.
