New York -- Swatch Group SA is suing Target Corp. for illegally selling watches that copy Swatch watches.

Swatch, in a lawsuit made public on Monday, accused the retailer of infringing its designs for "multi-colored" and "zebra watches." The watchmaker said the quality of the Target watches is inferior compared to its own and that their sale is likely to confuse consumers and hurt Swatch's sales.

Houston — Simon Property Group has announced four new leases for The Galleria in Houston.

Rolex will open an 1,800-sq.-ft. store next summer in Galleria I. Taking 2,815 sq. ft. Tourbillon will open its first Houston store in Galleria II in the early summer of 2014. Tod’s will debut in Houston with a 2,000-sq.-ft. store opening in Galleria I in early summer 2015. Trina Turk will open a 1.400-sq.-ft. store in the fall of 2014 in Galleria I.

Bon-Ton Stores narrowed its loss in the third quarter to $931,000, compared with a loss of $10.1 million in the year-ago period.

New York -- Bon-Ton Stores narrowed its loss in the third quarter to $931,000, compared with a loss of $10.1 million in the year-ago period.

Revenue dipped 3% to $651.2 million from $668.7 million, narrowly missing analysts’ expected $671.2 million in revenue.

Same-store sales fell 2.8%.

The Bon-Ton Stores reported better-then-expected fourth quarter net income of $74.4 million, compared with $78.2 million in the year-ago period.

York, Pa. -- The Bon-Ton Stores reported better-then-expected fourth quarter net income of $74.4 million, compared with $78.2 million in the year-ago period.

Revenue for the three months ended Feb. 2 increased 3.2% to $1.02 billion, missing the Street’s view of $1.04 billion. Same-store sales increased 1%. (Results for the fourth quarter and fiscal 2012 are impacted by the inclusion of an additional week in each period, resulting in a 14-week and 53-week reporting period.)

Regency Centers has reduced its energy consumption since 2010 by 3.4 million kilowatt-hours.

Jacksonville, Fla. -- Regency Centers has reduced its energy consumption since 2010 by 3.4 million kilowatt-hours. The installation of networked lighting controls at 48 shopping centers, combined with the use of LED lighting and more efficient HID lamps, accounts for the majority of these savings.

The store is designed as a "lifestyle lounge" and is adorned with Tag Heuer accessories that range from vintage stainless steel cufflinks to the brand's technologically advanced eyewear and communication devices.
