Half Price Books to open at Fayette Place

Tarrytown, N.Y.-based DLC Management Corp. said that Half Price Books will open a new store at Fayette Place, located in Lexington, Ky.

Lexington, Ky. – Tarrytown, N.Y.-based DLC Management Corp. said that Half Price Books will open a new store at Fayette Place, located in Lexington, Ky.

The 8,976-sq.-ft. junior anchor will join Marshalls, Shoe Carnival, Pier1 Imports, Outback Steakhouse and Dollar Tree in the neighborhood shopping center.

It will be the second Half Price Books location in the Lexington community.

Save-A-Lot breaks ground on new DC

Grocery retailer Save-A-Lot announced Thursday it will break ground on a new 325,000-sq.-ft. food distribution center in Lexington, N.C.

Lexington, N.C. -- Grocery retailer Save-A-Lot announced Thursday it will break ground on a new 325,000-sq.-ft. food distribution center in Lexington, N.C.

The center is expected to open by December 2011. It is the result of collaboration with the state of North Carolina and its One North Carolina Fund, the North Carolina Department of Commerce, Davidson County and the City of Lexington.
