Japanese Haute Cuisine opening in Nolita

Douglas Elliman's Retail Group said it has arranged a lease at 55 Spring Street, between Lafayette and Mulberry Streets, for Eight Turn Crepe, a Japanese-based restaurant chain.

New York -- Douglas Elliman's Retail Group said Monday it has arranged a lease at 55 Spring Street, between Lafayette and Mulberry Streets, for Eight Turn Crepe, a Japanese-based restaurant chain.

The opening marks the quick-serve chain’s U.S. debut.

The space was previously occupied by Choco Bolo.

Baskins Western and Work Wear continues expansion with 3 new stores

Dallas-based SRS Real Estate Partners said that three new store locations have been finalized for Baskins Western and Work Wear in Baton Rouge, La.; Lafayette, La.; and Katy, Texas.

Austin, Texas -- Dallas-based SRS Real Estate Partners said that three new store locations have been finalized for Baskins Western and Work Wear in Baton Rouge, La.; Lafayette, La.; and Katy, Texas.

The new stores will include 12,000 to 15,000 sq. ft., and will bring the western apparel retail chain to 28 total locations.
