Jamestown L.P., which owns Alameda (Calif.) South Shore Center, said that Go! Calendars/Go! Games has signed a four-month lease for a 2,356-sq. ft. space, beginning Oct. 1.

Alameda, Calif. -- Jamestown L.P., which owns Alameda (Calif.) South Shore Center, said that Go! Calendars/Go! Games has signed a four-month lease for a 2,356-sq. ft. space, beginning Oct. 1.

The company operates a year-round online store, but opens approximately 1,000 storefronts in malls during the holiday season.

The 594,000-sq.-ft., open-air Alameda South Shore Center offers a pop-up leasing strategy to accommodate temporary tenants, including Go! Calendars/Go! Games and, most recently, Pedal Beach, a beach rental and supply store.

San Francisco -- Real estate investment and management firm Jamestown said Wednesday it has acquired 799 Market Street, a 142,902-sq.-ft. mixed-use development in downtown San Francisco.

The eight-story urban retail and office building includes five floors of creative office space atop 55,000 sq. ft. of retail, currently 100% occupied by a Ross Dress for Less flagship store, one of the five highest performing Ross stores in the nation.

Japanese discounter Daiso has opened its eleventh Bay Area location – a pop-up store – at Alameda South Shore Center, a shopping center owned by Jamestown.

Alameda, Calif. -- Japanese discounter Daiso has opened its eleventh Bay Area location – a pop-up store – at Alameda South Shore Center, a shopping center owned by Jamestown.

The new 1,400-sq.-ft. shop will open for an initial period of three months.
