The fast-fashion retailer specializes in affordable women’s clothing and accessories to 20- to 39-year-olds.

The store’s build-out is being handled by A&O Danner Companies, Plymouth, Mass., which is working with D2 Construction of Costa Mesa, Calif.

Irvine, Calif.-based Passco Cos., said it has negotiated a $25.8 million loan to refinance Silver City Plaza, a 41,583-sq.-ft. neighborhood shopping center in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas -- Irvine, Calif.-based Passco Cos., said it has negotiated a $25.8 million loan to refinance Silver City Plaza, a 41,583-sq.-ft. neighborhood shopping center in Las Vegas.

The new loan was arranged with Cantor Commercial Real Estate, an affiliate of Cantor Fitzgerald, and was uniquely structured to accommodate a challenged market.

Irvine, Calif.-based Passco Cos. announced it has completed the acquisition of Shoppes at Coronado Place I, a 14,534-sq.-ft. strip center in Blue Springs, Mo., two miles from downtown Kansas City.

Kansas City, Mo. -- Irvine, Calif.-based Passco Cos. announced it has completed the acquisition of Shoppes at Coronado Place I, a 14,534-sq.-ft. strip center in Blue Springs, Mo., two miles from downtown Kansas City.

The purchase price was $4.3 million.

The property is across the street from a Wal-Mart, Home Depot and the new 600,000-sq.-ft. Adams Dairy Landing power center, anchored by Target.

Stein Mart said it will open three new stores on March 15, located in Irvine, Calif.; Suwanee, Ga.; and Sunset Hills, Mo.

Jacksonville, Fla. -- Stein Mart said Monday it will open three new stores on March 15, located in Irvine, Calif.; Suwanee, Ga.; and Sunset Hills, Mo.

The Irvine store is a relocation of another Irvine location. The two new and one relocated store bring Stein Mart’s total store count to 264.

“We are pleased to announce the expansion of our footprint in these three existing markets,” said Jay Stein, interim CEO.
