New York -- PayPal has confirmed partnership with 15 national retailers, including J.C. Penney, American Eagle Outfitters, Toys “R” Us and Foot Locker, for its mobile wallet service.

The other new retailers accepting PayPay’s payment service are Barnes & Noble, Office Depot, American Eagle Outfitters, Abercrombie & Fitch, Rooms To Go, Jos. A. Bank, Aeropostale, Foot Locker, Nine West, Jamba Juice, Guitar Center, TigerDirect and Advance Auto Parts.

VeriFone Systems and Hypercom Corp. announced that they have reached an agreement to sell the U.S. payment systems business of Hypercom to Ingenico S.A.

San Jose, Calif. -- VeriFone Systems and Hypercom Corp. announced that they have reached an agreement to sell the U.S. payment systems business of Hypercom to Ingenico S.A.

The transaction is expected to close immediately prior to completion of VeriFone’s acquisition of Hypercom, which is expected to occur in the second half of 2011, subject to certain closing conditions.
