H-E-B unveils colorful ad campaign

Branding agency The Richards Group said Wednesday that, on behalf of client H-E-B Grocery Co., it has selected production company King and Country to create six new spots featuring a mixture of kids, family pets, animated typography, and the red and white colors from H-E-B's logo.

Santa Monica, Calif. -- Branding agency The Richards Group said Wednesday that, on behalf of client H-E-B Grocery Co., it has selected production company King and Country to create six new spots featuring a mixture of kids, family pets, animated typography, and the red and white colors from H-E-B's logo.

The first of the 15-second spots debuted Wednesday in targeted TV and cable outlets and on HEB's social media channels, including YouTube.com/HEB.

H-E-B details growth and remodeling plans for Austin market

H. E. Butt Grocery Co. plans to spend about $100 million to expand, remodel and relocate several of its stores in Austin, Texas, during 2012, the Austin American-Statesman reported.

H-E-B opens holiday toy stores

A Friday report in the San Antonio Express News said that grocer H-E-B has opened its Toyland mall-based stores for the second year in a row.

San Antonio, Texas -- A Friday report in the San Antonio Express News said that grocer H-E-B has opened its Toyland mall-based stores for the second year in a row.

The seasonal toy and entertainment concept – which sells no groceries – is called H-E-B Toyland and is currently open at Rolling Oaks Mall (San Antonio), the San Marcos (Texas) Premium Outlets, and in Corpus Christi, Texas, until Jan. 15.

Regency leases 8,600 sq. ft. to four new tenants in Houston market

Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased 8,600 sq. ft. of retail space in Houston to four new tenants.

In The Woodlands, Zoës Kitchen leased 3,018 sq. ft. at Sterling Ridge Village Center, bringing the center to 100% occupancy.  The restaurant is slated to open in December. Optometry office Woodland’s Eye Center leased 2,019 sq. ft. for an October opening at Indian Springs Center, bringing the center to full occupancy.

European Wax Center to open at Indian Springs Center

Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased retail space in The Woodlands, Texas, at Indian Springs Center to European Wax Center.

The Woodlands, Texas -- Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased retail space in The Woodlands, Texas, at Indian Springs Center to European Wax Center.

Specializing in facial and body waxing, European Wax Center has leased 2,528 sq. ft., bringing the center to 99% leased. The tenant is slated to open for business in February 2011.

The 136,624-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by H.E.B. alongside national retailers such as Subway, Edible Arrangements, Massage Envy and Supercuts.
