Ross Dress For Less to open at Millcreek Mall

Youngstown, Ohio-based Cafaro Co. said that Ross Dress for Less will open a store at the Millcreek Mall Complex near Erie, Pa.

Erie, Pa. -- Youngstown, Ohio-based Cafaro Co. said that Ross Dress for Less will open a store at the Millcreek Mall Complex near Erie, Pa.

The new store will open in the Millcreek Pavilion section of the complex this fall. It will occupy more than 25,000 sq. ft. next to Old Navy.

Millcreek Mall Complex, located in Millcreek Township, comprises more than two million sq. ft. of shopping, lodging, dining and entertainment.

Millcreek Mall adds Jos. A. Bank and Fox Head

Youngstown, Ohio-based Cafaro Co. said that Jos. A. Bank Clothiers and Fox Head will be opening at the company’s Millcreek Mall, near Erie, Pa., in early November.

Jos. A. Bank will be located in the Promenade section of the mall. Motocross apparel retailer Fox Head will set up shop on the Macy’s Court.

Millcreek Mall Complex, in Millcreek Township, Pa., comprises more than 2 million sq. ft. of shopping, lodging, dining and entertainment.

Books-A-Million to replace booksellers at many Cafaro malls

Shopping center owner Cafaro Co. said Wednesday that Books-A-Million will fill vacant and soon-to-be vacant spaces in a lineup of its malls around the country.

Beginning in August, new Books-A-Million stores will open at Spotsylvania Towne Centre, Fredericksburg, Va.; Millcreek Mall, Erie, Pa.; and Meadowbrook Mall, Bridgeport, W.V.

Hhgregg opens Florida, Pennsylvania stores

Beachwood, Ohio-based Developers Diversified Realty Corp. said that Hhgregg has joined Carillon Place, a 283,238-sq.-ft. community center in Naples, Fla., and Peach Street Square, a 676,245-sq.-ft. shopping center in Erie, Pa.

The 28,152-sq.-ft. Hhgregg store at Peach Street Square joins Lowe's, Home Depot, Kohl's, Cinemark and PetSmart.
