iPic-Gold Class Entertainment has announced that it will develop a mixed-use entertainment, office and retail project in Delray Beach, Fla.

New York -- iPic-Gold Class Entertainment has announced that it will develop a mixed-use entertainment, office and retail project in Delray Beach, Fla.

Expected to open in 2015, the project includes a 529-seat eight-screen theater. iPic said the project would create more than 400 jobs and attract more than 400,000 visitors annually to downtown Delray Beach. The company currently operates nine theaters with 67 screens in Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin.

"Our goal was to create an entertainment, dining and shopping experience," said Jason Samreny, VP leasing with Indianapolis-based Kite Realty Group Trust, the project's developer.

The 2,000-sq.-ft. store is designed to allow consumers to take the images from their smartphones and tablet devices and easily turn them into “museum-quality” art that can be framed and hung on a wall or displayed on a desk. 

Polaroid Fotobar has a modern, streamlined look, with sleek lines. The Delray Beach location will serve as a prototype for nine additional cites due to open this year, including locations in New York, Las Vegas, and Boston.

Indianapolis-based Kite Realty Group said that Francesca’s Collections has leased 1,200 sq. ft. at Delray Marketplace, located in Delray Beach, Fla.

Delray Beach, Fla. -- Indianapolis-based Kite Realty Group said that Francesca’s Collections has leased 1,200 sq. ft. at Delray Marketplace, located in Delray Beach, Fla. 

The center will open November 2012 and will be anchored by Publix and Franks Theatre/Imax. The 264,823-sq.-ft. Delray Marketplace is owned by KRG Atlantic Delray Beach, LLC. Other tenants include ROC, White House | Black Market, Apricot Lane, Bobby Chan, Jos. A. Banks, Charming Charlie and Chico’s.

Delray Beach, Fla. -- Indianapolis-based Kite Realty Group said Thursday that Republic of Couture will open an 8,000-sq.-ft. store at Delray Marketplace, located in Delray Beach, Fla. The new store is slated to open in November.

Delray Marketplace is a 270,000-sq.-ft. center anchored by Franks Theatres, Max’s Grille and Publix.
