New York -- Embattled Southern celebrity chef Paula Deen is opening a headquarters and store in Clarence, N.Y., a suburb of Buffalo, this February. The shop, Paula Deen Foods, will include a showroom designed to resemble Deen's home kitchen and offer products from her branded line of goods.

Buffalo Wild Wings has leased its first Midtown Manhattan location in Times Square, according to Winick Realty Group.

New York -- Buffalo Wild Wings has leased its first Midtown Manhattan location in Times Square, according to Winick Realty Group.

The 15,000-sq.-ft. flagship restaurant includes a 5,000-sq.-ft. ground floor with 22-ft. ceilings, a 2,000-sq.-ft. mezzanine, two lower levels and a 2,000-sq.-ft. roof deck for outdoor dining.

Fameco Real Estate said that Buffalo Wild Wings has signed a 6,200-sq.-ft. lease at the Kennedy Mall in Brick Township, N.J.

Plymouth Meeting, Pa. -- Fameco Real Estate said that Buffalo Wild Wings has signed a 6,200-sq.-ft. lease at the Kennedy Mall in Brick Township, N.J.

The AntSul Group, doing business as Buffalo Wild Wings in the region, currently has two locations open; one in North Brunswick and one in Bridgewater. The location at Kennedy Mall will be the group’s third and it is expected to open in late May.

Retail brokerage Streetsense said that Tucson, Ariz.-based fashion re-seller Buffalo Exchange will open its first store in Washington, D.C., in the first quarter of 2012.

Bethesda, Md. -- Retail brokerage Streetsense said Monday that Tucson, Ariz.-based fashion re-seller Buffalo Exchange will open its first store in Washington, D.C., in the first quarter of 2012.

Buffalo Exchange leased a two-level, 4,245-sq.-ft. store in the heart of the city’s 14th Street corridor. Streetsense also has been engaged to do the design and interior architecture for the store, which will be its 42nd U.S. location.
