Boca Raton, Fla. -- Miami Beach, Fla.-based Terranova Corp. said that three new tenants will open at Polo Club Shoppes, a Publix-anchored center in Boca Raton, Fla.

Manhattan Joe’s Pizzeria will open a 753-sq.-ft. restaurant this fall; Blo and Go will open a 923-sq.-ft. salon this fall; and Hair Cuttery has opened a 1,400-sq.-ft. salon.

Dallas – The Container Store said Tuesday it will open three Florida locations in 2013 – in Orlando, Tampa and Boca Raton – joining its two existing Sunshine State stores in Hallandale Beach and Miami.

The Orlando store is slated to open spring 2013 and occupy 25,000 sq. ft. in the Mall at Millenia. The Tampa store, also 25,000 sq. ft., will be located one block south of International Plaza Mall. An opening date is still to be determined.

Boca Raton, Fla. -- Town Center at Boca Raton, in Boca Raton, Fla., will celebrate the expansion and relocation of Forever 21 to its soon-to-be-completed Cafes at Boca. The 19,000-sq.-ft. upgraded store will offer upgrades and added offerings.

“With the relocation of our store at Town Center at Boca Raton, we are able to accommodate more brands and new concepts,” said Larry Meyer, Forever 21 executive VP.

Boca Raton, Fla. -- Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group said that Brian Nelson has been named general manager of Town Center at Boca Raton, located in Boca Raton, Fla.

Nelson will be responsible for mall operations, tenant relations, leasing, marketing, business development, security and customer service.

Nelson was previously the Indianapolis-based area manager for Greenwood Park Mall, Washington Square Mall and four community centers operated by Simon Property Group.

He has been with Simon Property Group since 2000.

New York City -- Lord & Taylor plans to open three new department stores in the coming year, according to The New York Post.

Two locations are slated to open in March -- an 80,000-sq-ft. store at a lifestyle center in Yonkers, N.Y., and a 120,000-sq.-ft. store in a mall in Rockingham, N.H.

In fall 2012, Lord & Taylor will open an 80,000-sq.-ft. location in Boca Raton, Fla., bringing the total number of full-priced Lord & Taylor stores to 50.
