The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph Aquino, executive vice, along with Arthur Maglio, of Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group, has arranged a long-term lease for Moe's Sneaker Spot at 1890 Adam Clayton Powell Blvd., on the southwest corner of 115th Street. It is the second Manhattan location for the rapidly expanding retailer, which presently operates a dozen stores throughout New York and New Jersey.

Winick Realty Group said that discount chain Deal$ has signed a lease for 10,624 sq. ft. at 301 West 145th St., located on the southeast corner of Frederick Douglass Boulevard.

New York -- Winick Realty Group said that discount chain Deal$ has signed a lease for 10,624 sq. ft. at 301 West 145th St., located on the southeast corner of Frederick Douglass Boulevard.

The store, which is scheduled to open in spring 2013, sits at the base of The Langston Condominium, a sold-out, 179-unit luxury residential building that already houses retail tenants such as Bank of America, Starbucks and New York Sport Club.

Deal$ is an affiliate of Dollar Tree Stores.

Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group said it has secured a long-term lease for Chill Berry Frozen Yogurt at 2121 Frederick Douglass Blvd., between 114th and 115th Streets in New York City.

New York -- Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group said it has secured a long-term lease for Chill Berry Frozen Yogurt at 2121 Frederick Douglass Blvd., between 114th and 115th Streets in New York City.

It is the second of two Harlem-based stores for the owners, with the first on Lenox Avenue and 131st Street.

Neighboring businesses along the corridor include Harlem Tavern, the 5 and Diamond, Jado Sushi, Posh Paws, Mod Squad Cycles and Best Yet Market.
