NCR completes acquisition of Retalix
Duluth, Ga. -- NCR announced it has completed its acquisition of Retalix Ltd., a leading global provider of retail software and services.

With the completion of the transaction, Retalix became a wholly owned subsidiary of NCR.

Truth is the services market has become so wide and complex that grand companies started a global standardizing approach by encompassing small providers.
