CSK Auto Purchases Murray’s Discount Auto

Phoenix, CSK Auto Corp. has agreed to purchase Murray’s Discount Auto Stores Inc, a 109-store chain based in Belleville, Mich. CSK will pay $170 million in cash for Murray’s. The deal is expected to close this month.
