Crabtree & Evelyn selects 89 Degrees as CRM partner
New York City -- Crabtree & Evelyn has retained 89 Degrees to assist the retailer in developing a wide range of digital and direct marketing programs.
Work has already begun, with a multi-part direct-mail program targeting current and inactive members of Crabtree & Evelyn’s loyalty program. 89 Degrees analyzed historical member data, then developed and implemented a new audience selection and measurement approach for the holiday period. Beginning in the New Year, 89 Degrees will handle all email supporting the U.S.-based stores and e-commerce.
Tom Woodside, VP marketing and e-commerce for Woodstock, Conn.-based Crabtree & Evelyn, has engaged 89 Degrees to help develop and execute targeted marketing to help the Crabtree & Evelyn brand further solidify and sustain its meaningful relationships with customers.
