RANDOM NOTES: Dockers San Francisco has opened its first stand-alone U.S. locations, in Tampa, Fla., and San Francisco (three additional units are set to open this fall). Every element of the design is intended to reflect the brand’s San Francisco-inspired style and eco-friendly sensibility. The interiors evoke a residential feeling, with warm lighting and photography of San Francisco. Designed by Gensler, San Francisco, the stores incorporate sustainable natural materials, such as reclaimed teak from demolished buildings and redwood reclaimed from wine-storage tanks. All of the furniture, paint and adhesives were selected with a goal of improving indoor air quality.
